eObchod on-line service was designed to make orders and reservations of new equipment offered for sale by our company. Please use eBazar to reserve used equipment. There is no need to register for searching and viewing eObchod price list.
Login and registration:
Login and registration is required for ordering goods and posting messages at goods discussion. Username and password used throughout our web pages to access certain services can be used to register at eObchod (you will still have to register).
Important: To successfully finish registration process, you have to have functional email account.
1. Click on "Login" on right side of eObchod header if you have registered before or on "Register" if you have not registered before.
2. Follow information provided in central part of eObchod.
3. Delivery address can also be changed when finishing you order.
4. Your username and password have to be unique, so there is a possibility that username and/or password you have entered will not be accepted (another user has already selected them) and you will be asked to enter different username and/or password.
5. After filling in required data and sending the registration there will be a message sent to your email address. For the registration to complete, you have to finish it using info provided in the email.
6. After the registration process has been finished, you can log in eObchod for the first time.
7. After login, you personal data and preferences can be changed should the need arise.
How to search for products :
You can search for products by walking through the product tree in left column and then use parameter filter or by entering search phrase in appropriate field and clicking "search".
Searching in product tree:
Product tree on the left side is designed for sequential scanning of our stock. Clicking on (+) will unpack tree branch, clicking on (-) will pack it. Clicking on group name will display group entries.
Searching using parameter filter:
As an advance way of filtering, you can use parametric filter to sift through the lowest groups.
1. In the product tree search for appropriate product group (Cameras/accessories - Cameras digital - Compact cameras) and click on the group's name.
2. In the top part of the central area you will find expandable offer of parametric search. To expand it, click on "View".
3. Choose your parameters by checking required fields and click on "Search".
Searching for text or product codes:
To search for a text or an ordering number (product code) you can use a text field on top of left column. What the application should search for can be set by checking "in names", "in accessories" or "in product codes". After clicking search, the application will return filtered results.
How to search for accessories:
This function only enables you to search for accessories we do offer for the given product.
1. Enter a name of product you want accessories for in the text area on top of left column.
2. In "search for" check "in accessories" box and click "Search".
3. If there are no accessories for your product displayed, we can try to obtain the necessary accessory for you in a different way if you contact shop@fotoskoda.cz.
In price list :
There are two views of the price list entries - either "in lines" or as product cards (by clicking"card view"/"in lines" on top of price list).
There is also an info about individual products : name, ordering code, price including VAT,
labels: "N" - new product; "D" - discount; "X" - in stock; "P" - package.
Available functions:
Package is a special offer of the eObchod online service. It is a set of products with special pricing. The products can also be bought individually but without discount.
1. Clicking on appropriate icon will add the desired product on the list for comparison
2. Clicking on "Compare selected" will bring up a window with table comparing the products.
Product discussion is available at the product detail. It is possible to read and post without logging in.
Important: Not-suitable posts, mainly those containing vulgar language, will be deleted.
Important: Advertisement does not belong to discussion, eg. post with links on specific eshops, will be also deleted.
This function is meant for sending questions about the product. Our expert will send you an answer on the given email.
Important: Fast response can only be available during Centrum FotoŠkoda shop opening hours.
New products scheduled for delivery (especially digital cameras) can be reserved using this service. Your interest will be logged and we will contact you when the product is in stock.
Place selected products into the cart and select "Continue". This gets you to the final process of placing your order. Now you have to be logged in. If the cart contents is not displayed in the central area, click on "Cart" in eObchod header.
Cart actions:
"Re-count" - has to be used every time you change the number of products you want to order. If you need to remove a product from cart, set the number of pieces to 0 (zero) and click "Re-count"
"Continue" - when you are finished choosing, this will take you to part where you finalize your order
"Back to product" - Returns you to product selection
Continuing your ordering:
After clicking "Continue" in the cart you will get to the final part of placing your order, where you can:
- Change or supplement contact info or delivery address
- Choose the type of payment and delivery
- Attach a note to the order
After selecting payment and delivery details you can attach a note. Clicking on "Continue" will get you to a point where you can print the order and make the final check of the order (we strongly advise you to do so). Clicking on "Souhlasím s ... " will send the order for processing. There will be a copy of the order sent to contact email. After the order is processed by our personnel (the next working day at most), a confirmation email will be sent to you, containing delivery time. In case we are not able to deliver ordered goods within two working days after the order has been confirmed, we will contact you.
Important: Certain combinations of type of payment and delivery are not available (for example payment by cash and delivery after bank transfer) and you will be asked to change your settings.
Important: Copy of the order sent to your email does not constitute an order confirmation - it is only message automatically generated for your convenience.

Important: Payment and delivery to foreign countries apart from Slovakia have to be arranged individually and cannot be completed in eObchod - please contact our dealers.
By selecting "Cash" you choose to pay in cash to contracted delivery service or during personal pick-up in our store.
By selecting "Transfer" you choose to pay by making a bank transfer to our account with KB Praha.
By selecting "Card" you choose to make your payment using standard VISA or MasterCard credit card which has this types of payments allowed. Payment is done via GP WebPay gate with 3-D secure security standard. - more -
By selecting "eKonto" you choose to pay via eKonto gate. This type of payment can only be carried out by clients of eKonto (Reiffeisenbank).
By selecting "Installments" you will be transfered to on-line system of company Cetelem. (CZ only - more - )
By selecting "COD" , the goods ordered will be delivered during standard* period by contracted delivery service. We use DPD and TOPTRANS for order deliveries.
By selecting "Transport only" the goods ordered will be delivered during standard* period by contracted delivery service. The goods will be sent for transport only after the order has been pre-payed. We use General Parcel, DPD and TOPTRANS for order deliveries.
By selecting "Midday transport" the goods will be delivered in shortened time**. We use TOPTRANS for this kind of service.
By selecting "Personal pick-up" you choose to pick the ordered goods up in our shop during opening hours of Centrum Foto Škoda, Vodičkova 37, Praha 1.
By selecting "Transport to Slovakia" the goods ordered will be delivered in period of 24 - 48 hours after the order has been handed over to contracted transport service. There is not a possibility of arranging time of delivery. We send the goods after having the amount (on our account).
By selecting "Messenger in Prague" the goods will be delivered in time interval 120-180min after passing it to transport service. Time of delivery will be specified by eShop assitant by telephone. We use MESSERGER transport service and deliver ONLY to addresses in Prague.
By selecting "Messenger in Prague - Cash On delivery" the goods will be delivered in time interval 120-180min after passing it to transport service. Time of delivery will be specified by eShop assitant by telephone. We use MESSERGER transport service and deliver ONLY to addresses in Prague.
By selecting "International transport" goods will be delivered in 1-5 days (depending on country) after passing the goods to transport service. We use General Parcel and DPD transport service.
